Ingredients

  • 1 cup fully packed mint leaves (stems removed)

  • *1/3 cup cilantro (or can skip)

  • 1 green mango diced

  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on your taste)

  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Jalapeno (or 2-3 green Thai Chilies)

  • *1/4 tsp chat masala (optional)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • salt per your taste

Directions

  • Remove mint leaves from stems, wash, dry and toss in food processor. Add all other ingredients. Blend while still leaving some texture. Give it a taste and adjust.
  • Enjoy it as a dip or with any rice dishes! Store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days

Notes

  • * You’ll get better results if you add chat masala and cilantro but can be totally omitted if you don’t have them or you if you don’t like the taste.
